Stalactites destroy items they fall on, however stalagmites don't

If a stalactite drops onto an item, the item will be destroyed.
However, if an item is dropped onto a stalagmite, the item will not be destroyed.

I don't know if pointed dripstone was intended to destroy items or not, but there is still an inconsistency between the two types of pointed dripstone.
