Pointed dripstone filling up a cauldron is not affected by the randomTickSpeed gamerule
to reproduce:
- create the appropriate setup for pointed dripstone to start filling up a cauldron
- wait until the cauldron is filled(and measure the time it took)
- empty the cauldron, set the randomTickSpeed gamerule to a ridiculous number and wait
- (X) the times are similar although the second one should be significantly faster
