Pointed dripstone's hitbox can extend further than a block, causing nearby stalactites to not be able to fall

The Pointed Dripstone's hitbox can sometimes extend further than its block, invading the block next to it. That causes other stalagtites in the same line to not be able to fall properly. See attached video.
