Pointed Dripstone duplicates when the block it was attached to is removed

Bug:

**More pointed dripstone is dropped than expected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build a piston facing towards a block.

2. Build a pointed dripstone stalactite under the block and build another block under it (see first attachment). Alternatively, if the stalactite is 2 blocks long, you can have a 1-2 block gap between the stalactite bottom and the block, or if the stalactite is 3 blocks long, you can have a 1 block gap between the bottom and the block (see second attachment).

3. Activate the piston and collect the drops - there will be more pointed dripstone items than there were blocks initially.
