Z-fighting between falling dripstone and cobwebs

Occasionally, falling dripstone will line up with '2D diagonal' blocks and cause z-fighting. This is most noticeable with cobwebs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a large area of cobwebs along with some falling pointed dripstone above it by using the commands provided below.

   /fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~7 ~ ~7 minecraft:cobweb

   /fill ~1 ~3 ~1 ~7 ~3 ~7 minecraft:pointed_dripstone[vertical_direction=down]

2. Watch closely as the pointed dripstone sinks into the cobwebs.
3. Take note as to whether or not z-fighting can sometimes be seen with falling pointed dripstone inside cobwebs.
