Potion particles are showing when looking through spyglass

When player has an effect applied and is looking through the spyglass at the same time, the particles of the effect are enlarged and are popping from nowhere right in the spyglass vision sometimes covering the whole view.

 

This could cause some unwanted problems to epileptics.
