Breaking stalactites do not show particles when they fall down.

Fun fact: They actually did that on Minecon Live showcase

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon some falling pointed dripstone by using the command provided below.

   /fill ~2 ~5 ~2 ~2 ~20 ~2 minecraft:pointed_dripstone[vertical_direction=down]

2. Watch closely as the pointed dripstone is destroyed upon hitting the ground.
3. Take note as to whether or not falling pointed dripstone produces particles upon being destroyed.
