Attack cooldown indicator not working as intended

Hello.

My attack cooldown indicator is not working as intended. For example, if I equip my axe, instead of the long cooldown, I have the cooldown for attacking with a fist. The same thing happens with the rest of the weapons. I tried removing my resource pack, trying on different versions, and nothing seemed to work.
