Numerous bugs after update

I'm playing the xBox One 1.16.10004.70 version.  Since the update on 11/17 I'm seeing numerous bugs.

• Was attacked by a daytime invisible zombie. I could hear him, but could not see him. He eventually died from the sunlight.
• When villagers sleep at night they are appearing in the open, sometimes floating in mid-air. I cannot interact with them in this state.
• Saddled animals are getting frozen when penned. I can get on them, but they will not move or jump.

The only way I am able to resolve any of these issues is to Save & Exit, then reload. I'm having to do this multiple times per session.
