Cannot type "§" (paragraph) in any way

Cannot type "§" in any way.

Tried to Copy and Paste "§e": Only e was pasted, but the § did not.

Even if you use Alt and the number on the numeric keyboard, (I used Alt + 21 because I have Czech keyboard) it won't type anything.

Don't know whether this is intentional.
