World Erased In new snapshot

I opened a world last loaded in 1.16.3 in the newest snapshot and found that the world had reverted to what it would be if it were brand new. I had all of my items, but my base was completely gone and my map was blank.

edit: when opened in 1.16.4, the world was completely fine.
