Sneaking Camera Animation

When sneaking on a 150+ ms the camera animation of sneaking goes down but it doubles and it is like buggy to bridge. This happens on hypixel too but I went to a friends realms to make sure and even made sure that I am on vanilla. Is there any way to fix this?
