Cannot connect to Realm with version 1.16.100 but other player can with version 1.16.40

What I expected to happen was I could join my realm.

What actually happened was...:

I get a message "outdated server.  Realm will be updated in 48 hours."
This only happens to me.  OTHER player connect just fine.
