Clouds render incorrectly when you are close

The Bug:
Clouds look very odd at the corner (See screenshots below)

Reproduce:
1. Fly to Y = 128
2. Make sure your clouds are on FANCY!!!
3. Observe a cloud (works best on a corner of a cloud)
