Leatherworker has farmer trades

Note I use MINECRAFT on an iPad and it has the latest edition bar one.A villager dressed as a leatherworker has farmer trades and trades as a farmer.  I traded him up to level 2.  I went away for a while and wh e I returned he had reverted to a farmer at level 2.
