Ive been charged twice and still no service

I paid for a sub for REALMS twice

What I expected to happen was...:
I'd have access to REALS

What actually happened was...:
It provided me a recipt with tranaction number confirmed by my bank, then asked me to buy a subscription

Steps to Reproduce:
1. pay for a subscription of Java Realms
2. try to log in
3. pay for another subscription of Java Realms
