Enchantments on books switching places

If you have a Sharpness V , Efficiency V book in this order and place this in the first slot of the anvil and then take it out then the text will change places, the same happens with unbreaking III and Silk touch.

 the text also rearanges itself whilst you have the anvil interface open and when you take the item and place it pack in the inventory
