1.16.4 Won't Work

1.16.4 is completely broken for me, sometimes it opens but just never responds and i wait 10-15mins and it doesn't work, it also just doesnt open sometimes but it registers that is has. i reinstalled the launcher 3 times but it still doesn't work ive tried loading it with forge/fabric.
