Powdered snow freezing absorption icon uses empty hearts

When the potion effect, Absorption is applied to the player and the player goes into powdered snow long enough to start taking damage, the heart icons change and the normal hearts turn into the blue ones but the absorption hearts use halves of two empty heart icons.
