I can't get into my Minecraft world because a black screen appears saying get up from bed and open chat when I click on one of the two leaves the game alone.

I can't get into my Minecraft world so I created a new one and it didn't work either. When I try to get in, a black screen appears and says get out of bed and open chat whenever I click Exit the game alone so please solve this problem!
