Can join server,but can't change language or play..?

(sorry for bad English)

I tried to join a server,and i did it!

but i can't change my language to Chinese

when i do that my minecraft crashes and says "Exit code:0"

(btw can't switch my hub to parkour/pvp/skyblock too ._.)

 

Second problem is...i can't find my forge(1.8.9)

i open it,but can't see it?

anyone knows what happened to my minecraft?
