My account (HeadlessChck67) is sometimes not letting me join servers I don't know why this is happening but can you guys please fix it for me.

Thing bug happened a little while ago and it just flat out will not let me into the server and it's not the server because my friends are able to join with no problem so can you guys look into it for me. thanks
