World generation does not appear in /debug profile results

Timings of world generation are not given in a debug profile result. Since this is still work that the server does, I expected to find detailed information about how long each dimension, biome, configured_feature, etc took.

The example profile results were taken in a custom dimension with a lot of performance-heavy features. World generation was notably slow, yet it reports 77.38% nextTickWait. No other information is given.
