Absolutely No Versions of MC will work after attempting to launch from the Launcher

Okay, so I just reinstalled my PC's OS recently, and after reinstalling the Minecraft Launcher, none of my installs would run. I would always get error code 0 when attempting to run them. Whenever I read the crash report, it always gives me the same thing: "Failed to write core dump. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versions of Windows"
