Bundles can be used to duplicate items in the crafting grid

Steps to reproduce

• Place any item in the crafting grid
• make sure the items creates a valid recipe and an item is displayed in the "result" slot
• using a bundle, remove the items from the grid
• notice the "result" item is still displayed
• pick up the resulting item
• you now have the original items in the bundle and the resulting item in inventory

this bug affects:

• crafting table
• player's crafting grid 2X2

not affected:

• anvil
• stone cutter
• enchanting table
