java.lang.ArithmeticException: / by zero when dimension size_horizontal is 0

The bug

When size_horizontal in a dimension JSON is set to 0, an exception will be shown in the log and the world will not load.

How to reproduce

1. Create a data pack with the attached dimension.json
2. Create a new world with this data pack or add it to an existing world
3. Leave the world and re-join it
4. Notice the large error message in chat
