Many mobs are not dropping any items in 20w46a.

I've only found this with some mobs, but cows, chickens, pigs, enderman, creepers, and probably more aren't dropping items upon death. Zombies, skeletons, and sheep are, however. I'm playing on a survival server that I updated from 1.16.4 to 20w45a to 20w46a.
