Automatic Namesnipe bots sniping all the valuable names then selling them for real money.

So, if you were to try and "hand-snipe" (action of trying to get rare, and valuable names before they become available to others"), a 3 letter, or English name, then you would have been beat to it by something. No no, not a human, a BOT. Since this bot was developed, People have no longer been able to "hand-snipe" cool and valuable names, since a time-perfect bot is doing it and taking them all. They have it to where the bot snipes the name and changes the skin to a certain one which marks their organization. (*Note Evidence1.png and Evidence2.png) In evidence 2, at the "Profiles" section, you can see that the same skins on accounts are the ones they sniped and possibly sold. Then they gather all these names, and proceed to sell them for *real life money. (see Evidence3, and 4.) However the Organization, that goes by the name Poseidon can easily be stopped by adding a captcha (level 2 type), at the name changing section at the https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/profile section.
