Realm pop up window (Can't click on my realms)(Suport could not help)

In the game menu, when I click the Minecraft Realms button I get a pop up sign that ses "Realms is a safe...". I can se my friends realm behind the pop up but cant access it. The only way I can access the realm is if the owner kicks me and then invites me again, the only thing is that the next day the pop up window is back again. I can't get the pop up window away so that I can access the realm.
