Minecraft Realms Kicking me Off

Internal Exception: java.io.IOExemption: Connection reset by peer

 

This pops up after I have been connected for about 30-45 seconds. My internet is good, the connection is strong, my sister can connect and stay connected just fine but it boots myself and my husband off.
