Inventory slots not working

Some slots in the top right of my inventory and while accessing chests don't work. I can't interact with them at all or move items there or take them out. Same thing with or without Optifine, doesn't matter what version I'm in. Ive tried on single worlds, multiplayer servers, and realms. All the same.
