Budding amethyst drops nothing

Budding amethyst doesn’t drop anything

What I expected to happen was...:
When I mine the budding amethyst with a pickaxe, it should drop a block of amethyst.

What actually happened was...:
Instead, it dropped nothing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find a geode
2. Mine the budding amethyst
3. It drops nothing
