Water does not display underwater particles + arrows, unless the viewer is submerged (not a bug, works on fabulous graphics ONLY but I can't delete a report sorry)

Apparently NOT A BUG. Only fabulous graphics display the particles so as to improve performance. (Still a tiny issue because unless on highest graphics settings, bubble columns are invisible from anywhere on the surface which is a pain in the neck.) 

 

ALSO I CANNOT DELETE THIS REPORT. IF I COULD I WOULD.
