Freezing Hearts missing Hardcore Hearts texture

With the addition of Powder Snow in the latest snapshot, the player can freeze and take damage, as indicated by a new health bar texture.

However, in Hardcore mode, the texture is missing, resulting in it looking like you have no health.

This makes it impossible to tell how much health you have, and can be dangerous.
