The Bug

Steps to Reproduce

• Build the setup as shown in the attachment below. setup.png
• Travel through the powder snow and as you do this, pay close attention to how fast you're moving.
• Take note as to whether or not traveling through powder snow placed above ice makes entities move abnormally slow.

Observed Behavior

Traveling through powder snow placed above ice makes entities move abnormally slow.

Expected Behavior

Traveling through powder snow placed above ice would not make entities move abnormally slow.
