"Powder Snow Bucket" not with other bucket-related items in creative inventory

Self-explanatory; the "Powder Snow Bucket" item is not located with the other bucket-related items (such as "Bucket", "Lava Bucket", "Bucket of Salmon", etc.) in the Miscellaneous tab of the creative inventory as well as the Search tab.
