Placing a Candle on top of a Cake in Creative Mode sometimes shortly remove one Part of it

The Bug

If you are in Creative Mode and place a Candle on top of a Cake, the first Part of the Cake, which can be eaten, can shortly disappear.
This Bug is only Visual.
