Snow Ambient Effect sometimes don't show correctly on the edge of a Powder Snow Block

The bug

If you move your Camera at the edge of a Snow Powder Block the "Snow Ambient" Effect sometimes don't show up correctly.
Sometimes there is only a dark view instead of the snow view.
