Huuuge ping in new snapshot

I was playing the new snapshot, not on the server, just singleplayer. Things started to delay and I pressed alt+F3. This is what i saw. This never happened before. I decided to test this in 20w45a. And nothing like this happened. The problem is in the snapshot
