Exit Code: 0 Crash on all versions

When I try to launch any version of Minecraft I am faced with an error called Exit code : 0. I have looked into it and the crash report. I have tried updating java, reinstalling java, reinstalling Minecraft, deleting my .minecraft folder, updating my drivers, forcing vsync, and triple buffering.  However, none of these solutions have helped. I have attached one of the crash reports. The report says "Failed to write core dump. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versions of Windows", I have tried many things to fix this to no success.
