I can't join multiplayer servers

I have a server with friends which I am not the host, when I entered for the first time everything worked fine but when I try to re-enter it loads me in and kicks me a few seconds after, and the following message appears: java.io.ioexception closed by remote host, I tried some solutions but nothing worked, pls help
