zombies and skeletons don't burn in jungle biomes

What I expected to happen was...:
the mobs would burn to death like in any other biome

What actually happened was...:
mobs do not burn in jungles

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a survival world
2. go to a jungle
3. wait for night time
4. let monsters spawn
5. when daylight comes, the mobs wont burn.
