autowalk bug

I keep running into the auto walk bug that has been in-game since 1.12

When will this be fixed?

It doesn't matter if I'm running the game with or without mods, shaders, etc.

 

I have nothing on my computer that would cause this, and Minecraft is the (only game) that has this problem.
