Game Crash at Startup: "Exception_Access_Violation"

I downloaded the launcher and ran the ".exe". Logged in and clicked "play" at lower right corner. The screen flickered once and then this appeared:
"A Fatal Error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment" Followed by: "Exception_Access_Violation (0xc0000005 at pc...etc etc)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run .exe
2. Log In
3. Click "Play"
