Damage Tilt Indicator

When the player is hurt the damage tilt to the left is supposed to tilt towards the direction where the player takes damage. This is an extremely helpful way to find out which mob or player attacked you and from where.

Also this has been a bug since Minecraft allowed you to connect to a client server.
