Minecraft Crashes when joining a world

So when I try to join a world/server it says "joining world" then after about 5 seconds, switches to "saving world" then crashes. It gives me exit code 0, and no more information. Before I used to be able to close minecraft, and re-open the launcher to get the exit code, but now it crashes my whole pc. But for some reason, it works with run as administrator, but I cant be doing that for reasons I will not specify. Ive search for hours on a fix, I couldnt find anything close to it. Please help me fix this, thank you for your time. I will link a crash report.
