Lagging creepers and bees

Creepers and bees are freezing.

What I expected to happen was...:
I saw creeper and waited for explode. Also I went to my bee farm.

What actually happened was...:
But creeper freezed in middle of explode. Bees also freezed. I tried to hit bees but nothing happend

Steps to Reproduce:

It works not ever!
1. Make in setting 2 chunks.

2. Go for the 4 chunks.

3. Get murdered from some mob.

4. Go to the place where you dead.
