Large lag spike on amplified world, even with high end PC.

In Minecraft 20w45a and 1.16.4, my friends and I get massive lag spikes when in amplified worlds. These lag spikes occur when traveling in only 1 direction across it, and will happen in multiple places. This occurs on all pcs, no matter what their specs are or what settings they are on. This will happen on all Minecraft clients, and on regular unmodded Minecraft.
