Forge not opening when I launch it.

I installed Forge 1.12.2 and I launched it, but the game never showed up. Now, every time I try to run Minecraft, it says something like "There is already a game running. Do you still want to open it?" I don't get it because I waited and left it on for 3 hours, and still nothing has popped up.
