Wierd colorfull lines

I dont know how to fix this. I tried reinstalling minecraft and java and both didnt help. I dont think that this issue is cuz of my graphics cuz when I play other games this isnt happening.

Please how do I fix it. This issue started in minecraft 1.15 but its happening in older version aswell.
